Our policies
Quotes & approval
We provide a written quote after inspecting your garment. Work begins only once you approve it — online, by phone or in person. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Payment
Payment is due on collection. We accept cash, EFTPOS, credit card and bank transfer. Bridal and large orders may require a 50% deposit.
Cancellations
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a fitting. You can do this from the link in your confirmation email.
Uncollected garments
We'll hold finished garments for 60 days. After that we'll contact you, and garments uncollected after 90 days may be donated to charity.
Care & liability
We take great care with every garment. We can't be responsible for pre-existing damage, weak fabrics, or items left in pockets. Please let us know about anything delicate.
